I don't know what is going on with me but I'm rolling with it.

Went out easy, legs felt tired from Saturday's brick but I just felt like everything was effortless. Never looked at my watch, just ran.

7.8 miles at 6:48 overall pace

Crazy

5.5 on the treadmill this evening.  I had a side stitch during the marathon that is periodically firing ever since.  Weird stuff.  I had it most of the day but was ok for the run, go figure.  So my legs are fine this post marathon, it's just the random weird stuff that's bugging me.

Great job rolling already!

Have you tried the hard breath out on the footstrike side of the cramp? This always works for me. I'm sure you know every trick in the book but this has always been a good one for me :-)

That is my favorite method too.  I'm not sure how to modify that for not running. :wtf:  maybe I should start running when it strikes randomly during the day so I can try to stomp exhale it out.

That's a good idea!  Thanks. I'll definitely try that.  It was really hot.
