I didn't sleep well at all.  Ended up on the living room couch.  Restless legs, a choking sensation in my throat though there was nothing there (probably from breathing too much Honeysuckle pollen), and not being able to get comfortable. 

once i did fall asleep,
i awoke to the sound
of my dog licking her butt

7 miles, including what passes for the steepest hills in the part of the burg.  Was dragging the last mile.
