Went to run last night and about 100 yards in my right hip started hurting on every step. Feels like DOMS which is weird because I wasn't sore and there is no reason for that one muscle area to be sore. Still sore this morning. WTH.
I hope whatever is going on heals up quickly.
Hip stuff scares me obviously! ICE!!

Sweat fest but I never had to dig too hard and this all felt very controlled!

Awesome job nailing those paces, especially considering the weather.
Another ozone action day, another treadmill day.
7.7 this morning and another 7.5 tonight. The morning's run definitely went smoother than tonight's. The legs are getting a bit fatigued. Tomorrow is a long work day, so a shorter run day - and probably just in time.
DOuble on a mill sounds like hell to me. So impressive how you can do that!!
