Good Morning Masters!
How's everyone? I am fine. I am Logging my daily 5ish miles walks/hikes. All well in CA., except for blistering 100 degrees day (but low, low humidity).
I live near the Alameda County Fairgrounds, which opened recently and they have been experiencing low attendance due to HEAT. Even no horse races the past two days, but they will be up and running today. The temps are now in the mid 80s.
See ya'll later, have a good weekend.
Howdy! enjoy the fair
10 miles along the canal. Hot no breeze on the way out, wind on the way in.

What are you cooking and do you like his sister?
Nice 10. rest. hydrate. Have Josh and friend do the wash.
I was two and a half and very cute.
I was dreading 8th grade and not very cute.
I don't that...
Little did I know at the time in 1972, but in a few months I'd be joining the cross country team. 45 years later I'm still running.

It was the summer between my freshman and sophomore year in HS. I bought my first "real" bicycle from a small LBS which is still in business. The only running I did was away from the cops when we were smoking pot on the jetty.
Your birthday? If so, Happy Birthday, youngster.
1972, is the year I left Case Western Reserve and Cleveland and drove as fast as possible to CA. (The USMC introduced me to CA at Camp Pendleton, and I said CA is where I want to live.)
Have a good weekend.
June 1972 I was a rising sophomore in HS. I was born in 1958. Still a youngster
Youngster! I am a 'Seenager" - Senior acting like a teenager.
I wasn't even 2 yet so I have nothing
pants and sweatshirt weather! Ran an awful 4 miles despite the nice weather.
nice work. probs bringing up junk from being sick.
that and I seem to be existing solely on caffeine lately......
Lazy day here. Slept in, skipped the run.
Cindy and I went to a Frank Lloyd Wright home which he called his residential opus. Then we went house shopping in that area because all the houses were nice old houses.
Then lunch with my sister and brother in law.
Wedding is in 2 hours.
I'm reading Memory Man by David Baldacci.
Tomorrow we head to flooded Michigan.
Dave was that the FLW house in Buffalo? If so, then my husband and I saw it when we were there.

I like Frank Lloyd Wright. My house has elements of his in the windows and roof.
I enjoyed Memory Man.
My husband made it home from Michigan and said "what flooding?"
though he was down by Kalamazoo so maybe not so bad there. I saw the Midland washout on the national news.
I did my workout video and helped my husband plant 6 plants. He pulled his back again yesterday so he just supervised as I did the planting. My thighs and fingers are sore.
Other than that, hoping we receive some rain. My brothers live south of me and they received rain.
Enjoy your Saturday!
Worked last night and tonight. Like my summer schedule of Thur-Sat nights. Have mastered my new putt putt boat but not so much ocean swimming in my wetsuit. Running is going okay but lately my breathing is really hard. I take walk breaks and it seems to help a little bit.
I want to try and post a video here of Maci opening her new shoes I sent her- omigosh it's so adorable.
Fairgrounds will be packer this weekend. Temps now in the low to mid to high 60's. for Sat. and Sun.
