Went looking for some old race reports and noticed a new link on the RWOL page for a training log. I logged in ( it uses our old forum log in info) and took a look its pretty good

Hey, it's Dean K!

Must admit, I'm happy with my simple excel log.

I use the Dead Runners society log and I like it. I also use www.buckeyeoutdoors.com which allows me to share it on my blog

They had a training log a few years ago, then discontinued it.  I was bummed.  I had months of training information in there and it kinda just went away.

I opt for the old handwritten training log.  I've tried the excel logs, I've tried other on-line logs... I can't get into it.  I'm just old-fashioned, I suppose.
i love boobies

me too on RW log. I got it all printed out before the discontinued it, so I've got a record of it all at least. I use the log at marathonguide.com now. I print it out monthly so if it ever goes kaput, I'll still have my history. By far the most useful feature is being able to track shoe mileage, so I know when I can get new ones:cool:
I highly recommend Biofreeze. Except on a hemorrhoid.

RW logs were recently licensed from RunningAhead.com.  The logs at RunningAhead keep getting new features, while the ones at RW will remain static (since the primary developer is the RunningAhead webmaster).  In addition, RunningAhead has THE BEST route mapping software, a great running message board with private groups AND will soon have a GPS uploader.  Also, at RunningAhead.com, you can import and export your logs.

Just sayin :-)

word.

I've used runningahead.com for over 18 months now.  Eric (admin) is awesome and super responsive, the site has everything you can possibly need, and new features are added all the time.  Plus as Trent stated, there is an active forum over there as well.
I need to borrow your supernatural jewels

thanks for the tip.

www.runstoppable.com is another good route mapping site. I used to use it alot, but ever since I got my Garmin, I do it less often
